Description : 1. The Municipality of Veruela , through Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (₱2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF COMMUNITY POLICE ASSISTANCE CENTER AT BARANGAY SAMPAGUITA, VERUELA, AGUSAN DEL SUR. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Veruela now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. The project is located in Brgy. Sampaguita, Veruela, Agusan del Sur and includes but is not limited to: earthworks, perimeter fencing, plain and reinforced concrete works, masonry, finishing works, roofing, electrical works, and plumbing works. Completion of the Works is required in 90.00 days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, in accordance with Section 23.4 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
