Improvement of CLSU Gymnatorium

1) The Central Luzon State University, through Fund 164 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Six Hundred Sixteen Thousand Forty-Three Pesos and 97/100 (P2,616,043.97) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of CLSU Gymnatorium. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Central Luzon State University now invites bids for “Completion of the Three-Story Dormitory Building Phase I at Central Luzon State University Project Identification Number 0188PB-clsu-2025. Completion of the Works is 80 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
