The LGU - Barangay Palali Norte, Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Three hundred sixty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Pesos only (Php 369,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Improvement of Development Center (Kitchen) (Improvement of Kitchen and Installation of Ceiling) - Brgy. Palali Norte, Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur with Project Identification Number 25-01-Infra-Palali Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
