1. The Municipality of Tubungan, through 20% DF- Construction in Progress- Buildings and Other Structure (Improvement of Child Development Center- Brgy. Ingay) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Twenty Three Pesos & 50/100 (₱153,023.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Child Development Center at Barangay Ingay, Tubungan, Iloilo. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Tubungan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 days upon receipt.
