Description : 1. The Local Government Unit of Pasil (MLGU-Pasil), intends to apply the sum of NINETY-NINE NINE HUNDRED TWO PESOS & SEVENTY-EIGHT CENTS (PHP 99,902.78) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract "IMPROVEMENT OF CHAGMAN CIS ". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Local Government Unit of Pasil, now invites bids for the aboved Procurement Project. Completion of works is required in Five(5) Calendar Day. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.

4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipal Local Government of Pasil and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 O-clock in the morning to 5:00 O-clock in the afternoon.
