Description : 1.The Municipality of Jomalig, Quezon through the Annual Budget CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 1,500,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Installation of 90 Units Solar -Powered Streetlights” with project identification number APP No. 2025-071. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The LGU JOMALIG, QUEZON - now invites bids for above-mentioned project, “Improvement of Centralized Trading Post” situated at Brgy. Talisoy, Jomalig, Quezon. Completion of the Works requires 40 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act."
