Invitation to Bid for Improvement of Central Cebu Protected Landscape (CCPL) and Buhisan Sub-Office
1. The PENRO Cebu BAC, through the CCPL- RIA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Fifteen Million Pesos (₱ 15,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Central Cebu Protected Landscape (Completion of Boardwalk with Quarter Room, Concrete Works on Parking Area with Roof and Guard House, Improvement of Kitchen (CCPL), Improvement and Rehabilitation of Buhisan Sub-Office with Kitchen and Logo Installation) with Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PENRO Cebu now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required to be completed in 210 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
