Description : INVITATION TO BID

1. The Provincial Government Aklan, through Environmental and Admission Fees intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos Only (Php 5,000,000.00) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Canopy Shed for Boracay Outbound Passengers (Terminal Building to E-Trike Loading Area), Cagban Port, Cagban Jetty Port, Barangay Manoc-Manoc, Malay, Province of Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 1077 Series 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Aklan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for One Hundred Sixty (160) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
