1. The NIA Zambales Irrigation Management Office, through the General Appropriations Act (REPAIR NIS) of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Three Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Nine and 65/100 Pesos Only (Php 18,335,529.65) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Improvement of Canal System of STRIS (Pottot-na-Bato) and Improvement of Dam Facilities and Canal System STRIS (Bautista) located in San Antonio, Zambales with ITB No. NIA-ZAM-2025-06-STRIS (SAN ANTONIO)-1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
