Invitation to Bid for the
Improvement of Bus Terminal Building
1) The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Pesos and Eighty Nine Centavos (Php. 2,999,999.89) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for MSJ-2026-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN now invites bids for the completion of architectural, plumbing, electrical and auxiliary works at all levels. Completion of the Works is required 195 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
