1. The Barangay Sug-angon, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte, through its Barangay Fund-20%EDF intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos only (Php 300,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract of IMPROVEMENT OF BRGY. COVERED COURT (CONSTRUCTION OF CANOPY), Brgy Sug-angon, Saint Bernard, Southern Leyte. Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
