Description : IMPROVEMENT OF BINALIAN-BANAO ROAD
1. The Local Government Unit of Kayapa through the MDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Pesos and 18/100 (Php 999,920.18) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Binalian-Banao Road with Project Identification Number 2025-03-51. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Kayapa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Fifty (50) calendar days upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
