INVITATION TO BID FOR
IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY WATER SYSTEM IN BRGY. LUBAYAT

1. The Municipality of Real, Quezon, through the Municipal Dev-t Fund CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of PhP 999,731.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY WATER SYSTEM IN BRGY. LUBAYAT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Real, Quezon, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 180 Calendar Days, from the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
