INVITATION TO BID FOR Early Procurement Activity (EPA) for the
IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY ROAD BRGY. VILLA ENAGE, BILIRAN, BILIRAN (IPW 2025-11-01)

1) The MUNICIPALITY OF BILIRAN, through the General Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos Only (1,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY ROAD BRGY. VILLA ENAGE, BILIRAN, BILIRAN (IPW 2025-11-01). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The MUNICIPALITY OF BILIRAN is conducting this procurement through the EPA for FY 2025 to ensure timely implementation of procurement of infrastructure projects consistent with the GPPB Resolution No. 14-2019 dated July 17, 2019. The award of the contract is subject to the effectivity of the Supplemental Budget No.3 for FY 2025.
