Description : 1. The Barangay Local Government of Pugong (BLGU-Pugong), thru its 2025 - 20% Development Funds, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO PESOS & THIRTY CENTS (PHP 176,392.30) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract "IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY HALL ". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU-Pugong, now invites bids for the IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY HALL . The project is located at Pugong, Pasil, Province of Kalinga. The following are the Item of Works;
