Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY HALL

1. The Barangay BAYBAY, Tiwi, Albay, through Barangay Development Fund of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO PESOS 50/100 (₱199,182.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF MATERIALS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY HALL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay BAYBAY of Tiwi now invites bids for procurement of hardware materials for the INSTALLATIONS OF WINDOW GRILLES AND STEEL CANOPY. Delivery of the Goods is required 10 days after receipt of Purchase Order/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
