INVITATION TO BID

1.The Barangay Coldit through the 2025 Development Fund, intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN PESOS AND 60/100 (P 504,447.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the IMPROVEMENT OF BARANGAY HALL of Barangay Coldit, Asingan, Pangasinan. Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Barangay Coldit through its Bids and Awards Committee now invite bids for the SUPPLY OF LABOR, MATERIALS AND INCIDENTAL for the Improvement of Barangay Hall, Coldit, Asingan, Pangasinan under advertisement No. 2025-002. Completion of the works required for the period of 30 calendar days.

Bidders should have completed a contract similar to this project equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC adjusted, if necessary, by the Bidder to current prices using the PSA-s CPI, except under conditions provided for in Section 23.4.2.4 of the 2016 revised IRR of R.A.
