1. The Siquijor State College, Larena, Siquijor, through the Government of the Philippines (GOP), intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Forty Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos and 79/100 (₱2,540,538.79) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project “Improvement of Athletic Oval (Component 2)”. The period for the performance of the obligations under the Contract shall not go beyond the validity of the appropriation for the Project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Siquijor State College, Larena, Siquijor now invites bids for the “Improvement of the Athletic Oval (Component 2)”.
