Description : IMPROVEMENT OF ANS WORKSHED AND SERVICE GARAGE (1 LOT)
SCOPE OF WORK:
A.) This section specifies labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required for the complete IMPROVEMENT OF ANS WORKSHED AND SERVICE VEHICLE GARAGE, to wit:
I. MOBILIZATION
Mobilize and preparation for the implementation of the IMPROVEMENT OF ANS WORKSHED AND SERVICE VEHICLE GARAGE.
II. SITE CLEARING AND EXCAVATION
Site preparation-cordoning of defined work area.
Dismantling of old garage/workshed and transfer at the back of old power plant.
Placement of batterboards.
Excavation of footings for steel columns.
III. CONCRETE WORKS
Pouring of concrete mixture for footings together with the installation of 5 steel columns with wood supports.
Concreting of Garage flooring (to be leveled with existing workshed floor.
IV. METAL WORKS
Fabrication and Installations of Angle bar web trusses, C-purlins, Rectangular Tube (Tubular) rafters.
Installations of Roofings.
V. PAINTING WORKS
Application of epoxy primer paint.
