Scope of Work:

I. MOBILIZATION
*Mobilize and preparation for the implementation of the IMPROVEMENT OF ANS DUTY ROOM, EQUIPMENT AND
FIC OFFICE

II. CARPENTRY WORKS
*Installation of modular hanging cabinet at the kitchen

III. EPOXY FLOORING WORKS
*Removal of old damaged tiles at the Equipment Room, FIC/ANS Room and Kitchen Area
*Preparation of surface for epoxy flooring works

IV. ELECTRICAL WORKS
*Electrical repairs of damaged fixtures

V. GLASS DOOR WORKS
*Fabrication and Installation of Two Glass Doors at the Equipment Room and Hallway going to kitchen
*Supply and installation of clear glass for top of the table at the ANS Office

VI. SITE SAFETY
A. The Contractor shall be required to submit to the Project in Charge a "Safety Work Plan" prior to the
commencement of the work
