INVITATION TO BID FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF ANGCAL-IT TO PA-O FTMR @ ACACIA, KAYAPA NUEVA VIZCAYA
1. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Acacia, through the MLGU Grants and Donations 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred Forty and 20/100 (Php. 199, 840 .20) Being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Angcal-it to Pa-o FTMR @ Acacia, Kayapa Nueva Vizcaya. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Acacia now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
