Invitation to Bid for Improvement and Upgrading of Pidigan-San Isidro Provincial Road
1. The Provincial Government of Abra, through the Budget of the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian Panlalawigan intends to apply the sum of Sixteen Million Pesos (PhP16,000,000.00) Improvement and Upgrading of Pidigan-San Isidro Provincial Road/PGAPEO-EDF2025(CO)-CW02, located at Poblacion San Isidro, Abra. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Abra now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 74 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
