Invitation to Bid for
IMPROVEMENT AND UPGRADING OF
CANAN - LAPAZ - LAGAYAN ROAD

1. The Provincial Government of Abra, through the Budget of the Contract Approved by the Sanggunian Panlalawigan intends to apply the sum of Seventy Five Million Pesos (PhP75,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT AND UPGRADING OF CANAN-LAPAZ-LAGAYAN ROAD/PGAPEO-RA71712022-CW07, located at Lapaz and Lagayan, Abra. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Abra now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 152 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
