Invitation to Bid for Improvement and Greening of Park (Phase II)
1. The Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur, through the 20% PDF-2026 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (Php 10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement and Greening of Park (Phase II) at Gov. D.O. Plaza Government Center, Patin-ay, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur with Contract Ref No. 26-15 BLDG. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur now invites bids for Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Completion of the Works is required 180 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
