  Invitation to Bid for the Improvement and Expansion of Potable Water System at Brgy. Pila, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur
  
  
  1. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, through the Ordinance No. 13 Series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Ninety-Three Thousand Four Hundred One Pesos & 21/100 (Php2,293,401.21) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement of Farm to Market Road at Brgy. Margaay, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur with contract no. 2024-12-009. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Local Government Unit of Cabugao, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required 35.50 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
