Description : The Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites suppliers to apply for eligibility and to participate in the bidding for the above-mentioned project in accordance with the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

For infrastructure projects (item D-E), the issuance of the corresponding Notice of Award (NOA) shall only be made upon lifting of the election ban, pursuant to GPPB Circular 01-2024.
