Description : Contractors Responsibility and Scope of Works:
a. Supply, Delivery, Fabrication and Installation of Materials needed for the completion of the project and as specified in the plans and specifications.
b. Supply of manpower and equipment needed for the completion of the project and as specified in the plans and specifications.
c. Contractor' Business location/office/shop must be within 5.0 KM radius from the project site
d. The contractor is responsible for the processing of the required permits on the project site to SM Prime and the local government seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the project.
e. The contractor is responsible for the daily housekeeping and disposal of the items in the completion of the project.
f. Contractor must comply with all the designs, specification, dimension reflected in the plans and Specifications of the project. ( Plans and Specifications Attached )
g. The contractor must finish the project within 60 calendar days. Any extension without a valid and justified reason will not be accepted.
