Description : 1. The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur, through RA 7171: Municipal Share CY 2022 Share (LBM #91 Annex A) intends to apply the sum of Php7,871,131.73 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Improvement and Concreting of Farm to Market Road and Construction of River Control, Sevilla, 2025-22. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works has required 90 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
