Scope of Works:

1. Supply and Delivery of Materials needed for the completion of the project and as specified in the plans and specifications.

2. Supply of manpower and equipments needed for the completion of the project and as specified in the plans and specifications.

3. Site preparation, and restoration works.

Required Manpower / Personnel:

1. One (1) Licensed Civil Engineer

2. Three (3) Painter with Construction Painting NC II Certificate expert in wood grain painting and the like.

3. Helper / Laborer (enough manpower to assist skilled laborers)

Terms and Conditions:

1. Paint swatches must be approved prior to implementation.
2. Paint swatches must be submitted along with the proposed quotation of the contractor.

Project Duration:
1. 15 days except holidays, and Sundays.
