1. The Provincial Government, through the General Fund (GF) intends to apply the sum of P 2,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ITB No. CW-2025-089 Improvement of 4 units Air-Conditioned Pre-Fabricated Storage Facility at BPMC-Malaybalay and BPH-Maramag Located at Malaybalay City and BPH-Maramag. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Bukidnon now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
