As Boracay Island remains one of the country-s top tourist destinations, placing high importance on the role
of tour guides in delivering accurate and engaging information to visitors, the Department of Tourism Region
VI will conduct Spiel Development for Regional and Accredited Community Guides in the island of Boracay,
Malay, Aklan.
This 2-day TalkShop Training equips DOT tour guides with the confidence, presence, cultural fluency, and
communication mastery needed to lead diverse guests, manage group dynamics, and elevate the visitor
experience through meaningful interactions. The program combines psychology-based tools, communication
strategies, content mystery, and service leadership to help tour guides represent the Philippines with
