Boracay Island-s reputation as a premier tourist destination relies heavily on the professionalism and
hospitality of its tourism stakeholders. As visitor expectations continue to rise, gaps in service etiquette,
interpersonal communication, and cultural sensitivity have become increasingly evident.
To address these challenges, DOT Region VI will conduct the Seminar on Protocol, Social Graces, and
Etiquette for Tourism Stakeholders in Boracay Island. This program equips participants with the social
intelligence, cultural fluency, and protocol mastery required in high-level diplomatic environments, especially
in preparation for ASEAN 2026.
