1) The NATIONAL PARKS DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY-ONE PESOS and 12/100 (Php 29,948,191.12) for Implementation of the Rizal Park Complex Comprehensive Tourism Plan (Improvement of the Open-Air Auditorium Phase II) (Lot 1) and EIGHT MILLION FORTY-SEVEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED FORTY-NINE PESOS AND 16/100 (PHP 8,047,649.16) for Implementation of the Rizal Park Complex Comprehensive Tourism Plan (Improvement of the Open-Air Auditorium) Phase II (Lot 2) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The NATIONAL PARKS DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE now invites bids for the above procurement of infrastructure project. Completion of the Works is required for 240 Calendar Days for Lot 1 and 180 Calendar Days for Lot 2. Bidders ...
