III. BACKGROUND:
With the Department of Tourism-s goal to help our tourism organizations and promote inclusivity, DOT Region VI will conduct a Filipino Brand of Wellness in the different Municipalities in the Province of Antique.

This program seeks to involve the community in the efforts to promote and develop community-based tourism and Filipino Brand of Wellness with a focus on the Filipino Massage “Hilot”. This will create income generating opportunities in the community specifically in participating farm tourism sites.

Aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this initiative contributes directly to:
