A. Venue
- One (1) Plenary Function Room to accommodate 400 pax per batch
- Sound System with two (2) wireless microphones and three (3) microphones with stands
- Thirty-Five (35) workshop tables with 12-seaters
- One (1) set of 9 ft x12 ft LED Wall
- Overflowing coffee and water

B. Accommodation
Ninety-Seven (97) Air-conditioned Rooms for Three Hundred Eighty-Seven (387) participants per batch, three batches. Rooms should accommodate 4 people per room.

Batch 1 - October 22-24, 2025
Batch 2 - October 28-30, 2025
Batch 3 - November 5-7, 2025
