INVITATION TO BID FOR THE ILLUMINATION OF ROADS (Public Bidding No. 2025-024)

1. The LGU-BACACAY, ALBAY, through LDF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Pesos & 19/100 (₱9,973,720.19) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the ILLUMINATION OF ROADS (Public Bidding No. 2025-024) at Bacacay, Albay. Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-BACACAY, ALBAY now invites bids for the INSTALLATION OF 97 UNITS SOLAR LIGHT ALONG THE ROAD FROM SOGOD TO POBLACION. Completing the Work requires one hundred eighty (180) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
