INVITATION TO BID

The Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPOST), Central Mindanao, Postal Area No. 8, invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers/contractors to bid for the hereunder project:

Name of Project : Procurement of Security Services for the PHLPOST, Area 8 for One (1) Year.

Brief description : Provision of security services from reputable security agencies to render
of the project services on a 24-hour daily basis, including Saturdays, Sundays and
Holidays, to secure the properties and possessions within the premises
including building and facilities of PHLPOST Area 8 Administrative Center
situated at Piaping-Itum, Macabalan, Cagayan de Oro City and of Cagayan
de Oro City Post Office located at Rizal-Chaves Sts., Cagayan de Oro City.

Approved Budget : One million nine hundred sixty thousand pesos only
for the Contract ( Php 1,960,000.00)

Contract Period : One (1) year, however, the Procuring Entity will have the option of
renewing the contract every year for a period of two (2) years depending
