1. The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through its 2025 Corporate Operating Budget approved by the Board of Directors intends to apply the total sum of Eleven Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP11,800,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One (1) Year Subscription for Unlimited Takedown and Automated Remediation Services for the Existing Cyber Threat Intelligence Platform with Project Identification Number LBP-ICTBAC-ITB-GS-20250807-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC on a per lot basis shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
