Support Coverage:
• Unlimited email and phone support.
• Support Scope is Monday to Friday, 8x5xNBD.
• Out of scope support are services outside the functionality of the device.
• Vendor support and/or coordination.
• Escalation of RMA case (applicable to hardware maintenance only).
• CebNet can only support for devices with VALID and ACTIVE subscription. Additional Requirements: 1. Must have a Service or Testing Center within Cebu Province.
2. Must have at least two (2) dedicated local support engineers
certified on the following:
Certified Network Administrator - Wireless
Certified Network Associate Enterprise on Routing and Switching
Certified Security Associate
And a CCIE Certified Personnel
