1) The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through its 2026 Corporate Operating Budget approved by the Board of Directors intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Six Million Pesos Only (PhP406,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Mainframe Software Tools with Five (5) Years Maintenance and Support Services with Project Identification Number LBP-ICTBAC-ITB-GS-20260313-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LANDBANK now invites bids for Mainframe Software Tools with Five (5) Years Maintenance and Support Services. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
