  for the Existing Backup Solution for Servers in Disaster Recovery Site
  
  1) The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through LANDBANK-s 2026 Corporate Operating Budget approved by the Board of Directors intends to apply the sum of Four Million Pesos Only (PhP4,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One (1) Year Maintenance and Support for the Existing Backup Solution for Servers in Disaster Recovery Site with Project Identification Number LBP-ICTBAC-ITB-GS-20251106-02(2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The LANDBANK now invites bids for One (1) Year Maintenance and Support for the Existing Backup Solution for Servers in Disaster Recovery Site. Delivery of the Goods is required within one year to start upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
