1. The LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LANDBANK), through its 2025 Corporate Operating Budget approved by the Board of Directors intends to apply the total sum of Two Hundred Thirty Six Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php236,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Mainframe Software Tools (Perpetual License), with Maintenance Support and Migration Services, for the Core Banking Platform Upgrade (CBPU) Project Phase 2 with Project Identification Number LBP-ICTBAC-ITB-GS-20250806-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
