1. The Talavera General Hospital, through the Regular Fund/NEP 2026, intends to apply the sum of THIRTY MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-SIX THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE PESOS AND 80/100 (Php 30,996,881.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IBTGH 2025 - 25 Supply, and Delivery of Various Clinical Laboratory and Blood Bank Station Supplies for 2026 (Early Procurement Activity). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
