Description : 1. The Talavera General Hospital, through the Income Fund 2025 with Certificate of Availability of Fund with No. 2025 - 05 - 011 dated May 23, 2025, intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION PESOS (Php 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IBTGH 2025 - 16 Supply, Delivery, Testing and Commissioning of X-ray Detector. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Talavera General Hospital now invites bids for the above Procurement Project IBTGH 2025 - 16 Supply, Delivery, Testing and Commissioning of X-ray Detector. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order and Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within three (3) years prior from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
