Supply and Delivery of Various Laboratory and Blood Bank Supplies for 2025

1. The Talavera General Hospital, through the Regular Agency Fund 2025 with Certificate of Availability of Fund with No. 2025 - 02 - 0024 dated February 7, 2025, intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-NINE PESOS AND 88/100 (Php 1,564,129.88) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IBTGH 2025 - 05 Supply and Delivery of Various Laboratory and Blood Bank Supplies for 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
