The Southern Philippines Medical Center, through the Specific Budget of NGAs / Funds for the Calendar Year 2025 intends to apply the sum THIRTY-FIVE MILLION PESOS (PHP 35,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery and Installation of One (1) Unit Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Machine.

1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Southern Philippines Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by October 31, 2025 or 90 Calendar Days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
