INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS OPHTHALMOLOGY SUPPLIES - FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT 2026
1) The BATANGAS MEDICAL CENTER, using a Single-Year Framework Agreement,
through the NGA, the National Expenditure Program/ Internally Generated Funds CY
2026, intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE
THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED SEVENTY-EIGHT PESOS ONLY (Php 6,869,378.00)
being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS OPHTHALMOLOGY SUPPLIES - FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The BATANGAS MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement
Project. Delivery of the Goods is required WITHIN THE PERIOD SPECIFIED UNDER
SEC. VI. BIDDERS. Bidders should have completed, WITHIN TEN (10) YEARS from the
date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of
an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
