1) The BATANGAS MEDICAL CENTER, through the NGA, the National Expenditure
Program/ Internally Generated Funds CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of
TWENTY FIVE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php
25,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under
the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF A
TRIPLEX MEDICAL-GRADE VACUUM SYSTEM, INCLUDING THE DESIGN AND
UPGRADING OF THE VACUUM PLANT HOUSING AND FEEDER LINE, AND
TAPPING TO THE POWERHOUSE 2 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The BATANGAS MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement
