1. The Batangas Medical Center (BatMC), using a Single-Year Framework Agreement, through
the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of the following projects being the
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each bid. Bids
received in excess of the ABC for each bid shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
