The Southern Philippines Medical Center, through the Specific Budget of NGAs / Funds for the Calendar Year 2022 intends to apply the sum Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (Php 960,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Dual Chamber External Temporary Cardiac Pace Maker.

1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Southern Philippines Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by February 28, 2023 or 90 Calendar Days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
